What is Shovniq’s return policy?
Shovniq operates on a “No Returns Accepted” policy for all products sold on our platform. This means we do not accept physical returns for reasons such as change of mind or general dissatisfaction.

While we do not accept returns, we ensure you get what you paid for. If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or if parts are missing, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence. Are there any fees to onboard or start selling on Shovniq?
No! We offer ZERO onboarding fees. It’s completely free to register your business and start listing your products on our website. Our mission is to remove financial barriers for home-based entrepreneurs.
Is GST registration required to sell on Shovniq?
NO GST is required to get started or to onboard with us. We simplify the initial setup. However, please note that Sellers remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable Indian tax laws (including GST, income tax, etc.), licensing, and other legal obligations related to their business and product sales as and when they become applicable to them. Shovniq acts as a facilitator and does not provide tax or legal advice.
What documentation do I need to onboard?
We aim for simplicity. Our onboarding process requires only simple documentation, primarily for identity verification (KYC), such as [mention examples: e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card, or basic business registration documents if applicable]. Our team will guide you through the exact requirements.
Who handles shipping once I get an order?
As a seller, you are responsible for packaging and shipping the products to the customer. Shovniq provides you with the customer’s shipping details. You can use your preferred shipping carrier or integrate with logistics partners suggested by us.
What if a customer reports an issue with my product (e.g., damaged)?
If a customer reports a valid issue (like a damaged or incorrect product) within 24 hours of delivery with evidence, Shovniq will mediate the situation and share the details with you. You, as the seller, will then be responsible for providing a resolution (replacement or refund) as per Shovniq’s Refund Policy.
